Very nice 1965 Austin Healey MKIII, BJ8 with overdrive in British Racing Green. This Austin Healey is not an over the top restored car but an excellent driver's car in very nice condition. The car came to the Netherlands in 1997 and was fully restored between 1997 and 2002. The bodywork was completely repainted and rebuilt with new parts by an enthusiast. The paintwork is still very clean. The engine and overdrive gearbox were completely overhauled at the time and are still in excellent condition. The straight 6 runs super smooth and the overdrive gearbox works perfectly. The car has been very well maintained all the years by a well-known Austin Healey specialist in the Netherlands. This BJ8 has full black leather upholstery and beautiful wire wheels. The car has an almost new vinyl black soft top fitted and a revised original steering wheel, reupholstered in leather. All gauges are in perfect condition. The car comes with a complete folder with history, invoices and about 150 photos of the restoration at the time. The car has a valid Dutch registration.
