Beautiful, restored Austin-Healey 100/6 BN4. This mighty Healey is equipped with the 3000 Mk III engine and center shift transmission with overdrive. The car was driven for some years after restoration and very well maintained. There is a folder with the car with maintenance history, a heritage certificate and invoices. This Healey was newly delivered in San Francisco and has been in the Netherlands since 2019. The previous owner took the time to address the sheet metal and engineering and had the car painted in the beautiful Austin-Healey color "Colorado Red over Black" . The Big Healey was recently professionally polished and the paint still looks beautiful with a particularly deep shine. During the restoration several technical items were modified to improve reliability such as a heavy duty radiator, front disc brakes and a new wiring harness with main power switch. The strong and smooth BJ8 engine and center shift transmission are also nice and valuable updates. A stainless steel exhaust was recently installed, and the black spoke rims with Vredestein Classic tires provide a beautiful rally look. Very recent upgrades include a new pin in the steering rack and new accelerator pedal controls. There are very clean side windows present and the black hood is nice and tight and closes like new. The interior is beautiful, the dash is nice and as original with all the correct, perfectly working gauges. The seats have new foam and are upholstered in black leather with red piping. Most importantly, this Healey drives wonderfully, the powerful 6 cylinder sounds fantastic and the center shift overdrive transmission works flawlessly. It is rightly an iconic British sports car, beautiful design, a very strong 6 in line engine with a great sound and very stylish. Especially in this beautiful duo tone color with black spoke rims it is a rare beauty. This beautiful Healey is looking for a new owner, who will enjoy it endlessly.
