Beautifully restored early MG Midget. This very nice MG Midget was built in 1965.tuping for the early types are the chrome accents on the hood and all over the side. The MG was completely restored some years ago, first the sheet metal and cosmetic part was completely taken care of, then the engine and gearbox were overhauled. A photo book of the restoration is available and comes with the car. This is a particularly neat specimen , picture-perfect, tight paint job with beautifully closing seams. The car has been very well maintained and has had very major maintenance at the end of last year at a specialist in northern Netherlands. We ourselves completely checked the MG as usual last week, it was serviced and a whole new clutch including clutch cylinder was fitted. So this Midget is again ready for many years of carefree driving pleasure. The interior is particularly neat , black vinyl seat upholstery with white piping, a fresh black carpet set and black trim panels, picture perfect. Early Midgets feature a beautiful old-fashioned steel dashboard, which gives it a wonderful classic look. All gauges have been overhauled and everything works perfectly as it should. The 1098cc Series A engine is super reliable and simmers briskly. Make no mistake, their light weight makes them fast steering cars. Under the hood and in the trunk you can see that the car was completely restored, neatly painted everything in the color, fresh and top maintained. This car is equipped with beautiful wire wheels with 2 orige spinners, also the spare wheel is a similar wire wheel. The soft top is made of black vinyl as factory fitted. A wooden sport steering wheel completes the sporty cockpit. Who oh who will enjoy this beautiful early Midget next spring ?
