I thought we had seen it all. If you have ever seen a car restored to perfection , here is another one. What an incredible job the former owner did. He owned this 1961 Minor for over 20 years and restored the car to, probably even better, than the original factory specifications.! I've seen some great cars arrive over the past 19 years, but never seen such a beautifully restored and remarkable Moggy as this one. A 4-door Morris Minor Saloon is quite rare, 2-door cars you come across often, try to find a 4-door sedan. The Royal Blue paint on this car is so beautiful, immaculate. Everything has been done to this Morris, the 1098 engine has been completely rebuilt, cylinder head is lead free, the ribcase gearbox has been completely rebuilt, clutch, hydraulics, brakes, carburetor , radiator, everything has been redone. The chrome all around are all old and original ones re-chromed, only the best. A Royal Blue Moggie had standard light blue/beige upholstery, so did this one. The entire interior was recently redone and super fresh. Being a British-built car, it must be right-hand drive, exactly as it was designed at the time . This Morris has an original blue painted dashboard with an extra wood lower dash with 4 extra magnolia Smiths gauges. In the trunk is a nice trunk with room for the original jack and UK tools. An original 1960s British-made fire extinguisher completes the classic cockpit. The car has the original steel Old English White wheels mounted with chrome hubcaps and red M logo, the best there is. The car has additional B-pillar turn signals, these light up, magically. Try to find a nicer one, I dare you, you won't find it! The entire restoration is documented with many invoices and some pictures to prove all this beauty! The car has been valued at admittedly € 16,000.
