A rare 1970 Triumph Spitfire MkIII "Federal" with overdrive in British Racing Green.This is one of the last round tails produced for the US market. These "Federal" Spitfires were equipped with features of the new MKIV that were on the drawing board, such as the dashboard, seats, side markings, etc. They were only produced for 1 year and are therefore hard to find today.This Spitfire was fully restored years ago and is still in clean and fair condition. The paintwork is very clean, the technology is in top condition, the engine purrs like a kitten and the overdrive gearbox shifts like brand new. The car is technically in excellent condition, has a rebuilt differential, has electronic ignition and has been very well and recently serviced by only Triumph specialists.The car has the original steel rims in Old English White, truly beautiful. The car comes with a black vinyl soft top and a black vinyl hood cover.
