Triumph TR4, 1962

Phenomenal 1962 Triumph TR4. This British Racing Green TR was recently body off restored just a few years ago. What an incredibly beautiful car. The car has super tight sheet metal with beautiful sleek glossy paint. The car was completely done by a Dutch enthusiast, to the original factory specifications. The man did an excellent job, nothing was good enough. The chassis has been completely rebuilt and the sheet metal is incredibly tight and beautifully painted. The chrome work around the car is still like new. Under the hood is just like the outside, it looks like new, incredible. The engine and transmission have been completely rebuilt and are in impeccable condition. The carburetors are SU's reliable HS version with K & N sport air filters. The high Torque starter motor provides a super quick start after which the lovely 2.3 liter hums beautifully. The car has had a conversion to AC alternator to get some extra electrical power. The interior is all Tan, with a new carpet set and beautiful burr walnut dash with refinished clocks. The seats are brand new leather Moss seats with perfect lateral support and headrests. The Tan interior matches beautifully with the Racing Green paint job. The TR sits on painted Dunlop wire wheels with nearly new tires. The steering wheel is a Moto Lita MKIII steering wheel, a well-known brand among vintage car enthusiasts and a perfect match with the walnut dash. The soft top is brand new and made of the most beautiful and expensive kind, green mohair. A beautiful kind of wool that not only looks great but also does not discolor! Of course you prefer to drive with the roof open, but even with the roof closed the TR4 is beautiful. The car comes with a folder with invoices and photos of the restoration. Any export papers are always included in our price. We can arrange transportation for you at a fair price.
